I have Ron
Klinger's reprint of 1984, ( "Revolutionary Forcing Pass" )
and a short article in Bridge World, May 1985, and finaly a copy of the original,
but I'm looking for a press review/article or booklist
before 1966 about the original book/pamflet and/or author.
If you have more information, I'll be glad to hear from you.
Furthermore:
I have procured the application Bridge2Symmetric in the past and it would
be very helpfull for me if somebody could mail
me a document made in that programm
with a Pass=13+ and a symmetrical approach, just as an example to see exactly
how it has to be done.
