Feb.2004:
because of all the additions and refinements in REGRESsion added since the start of this site. the ROWOS version needs really a very strong and serious revision and a check-up. Will be done after having finished the complete REGRESsion job. Although knowing that ROWOS wil be still a handicapped version of the REGRESsion system.
