Yes due to a serie of unforunate events we now have a rules page and have become very strict on that, its sad this is needed but it is to keep our Silver moon a happy place for us all.

One thing very important is not to use double accounts for the free goodie service and referals,if we find you're cheating all SC will be removed and you're banned from all free goodies and festival goodie bags!

It starts with posting at the board,introduce yourself a bit and read other messages as well,if one interests you do respond and you might have a new silver/neofriend to add to your list .Continue for more subjects and ideas at the silver forum

Do try to respect eachother and there opinion as well.If you absolutely don't agree try to say it without any offense stuff.

The guilds site is another door to much activies,the guildgames,the free goodies,the silver press and the mall{to name a few} all are important parts were the council,managers and wizards work on.
Do get familiar with those sections and see if you like it and if it brings on any ideas and suggestions you miss or like to see.
If so do neomail us or post them.

And the most important part for being truly active is to show some initiative,
Initiative on the board ,to care and reach out to others and initiative on bringing in and working out comments and ideas.

For example;
If you are a person who loves to chat and meet other people you can start something on the board like the daily question you see lately and continue for lots more subjects at the silver forum,or a board game or the silver forum has given you an idea.
if you don't like that you could advertise at the chat boards.

For another example,if you're someone who loves to shop and makes np with it,you can start a guildshop or help out with the free goodies.

Anyway just work out your ideas and we'll mostly agree on it as long if it doesn't cost the other members np and you work it out well it mostly will be fine and were always willing to help out with prizes and suggestions too.

To join the forum you need a msn passport ,its free and provides a free email adress too, so when it askes you to sign in it askes for your msn/hotmail name and codes not your neopets username and password.

Don't forget to mention your neo username when you apply since we check if you're a member of the guild before we accept membership.

It sounds like a fuzz but its a small bother and will only take 5 minutes max and will reward you with lots of fun and neotips. ;)
