"Montauk"
Project
Top secret project, Mountauk
has been one of the most interesting projects of human history. Two
persons from this project have given an nine hours exclusive interview
about Montauk Project. Preston Nichols and Al Bielek were two lab
rats on this shocking project. All subjects of this interview has
being wrote in Preston Nochols and Peter Moon's book. High
scientists had build a device to time travel. The information's
about building this device has been received from alien high-tech
information's (?).In the Montauk Project
people could be sended in time and collect information's about that
time leap. Al Bielek was one of this travelers and this is what
he answer on this marathon interview: Reporter:
What is the last point people were send in the future?Al
Bielek: 10.000 a. C.Reporter: So, the
future is going that far ...Al Bielek:
Yes. It is a dream reality. But no one could pass the wall after
2012. There is a wall and after is nothing. It was nothing to see
that far.Reporter: Prophecies said
about a major transformation of our planet ...Al
Bielek: Funny, isn't it?Reporter: What
is your prediction about the future of human kind?Al
Bielek: Will survive.Reporter: Why
have you mentioned before about year 2011 was the last year a traveler
of the Montauk Project could see something in the future?Al
Bielek: Maya calendar mention a blockade between 2011 - 2013. Also
the predictors had confirm that they can see nothing after this
year (2013) and that there is a blockade they can't pass.Reporter:
That mean is nothing after?Al Bielek:
No. Is just hidden for us. It can't been seen with our technology.
Many are asking if we still have control about human kind after
2012.Reporter: It seems that we have
to do with a huge increase of our conscience in the fourth dimension.Al
Bielek: Indeed. We have some prove's.Reporter:
Rumors says about the transformations we make by getting in the
fourth dimension. What this mean?Al
Bielek: For us, humans, this is the change we need to do by going
to another frequency of the vibrations. Is also connected to the
fact that we're getting closer to our Creator. Is like the believers
say: Return to Glory. The second stage of this transformation is
referring to an internal stance, no 't to a human who's going to
be a leaderReporter: When this transformation
will be complete? Al Bielek: I think
that a complete transformation will be in 2013, but we are already
in the middle of the process. It started in 2003 and will end in
2013.Reporter: Is interesting that
I - Ching divine method predict an end in 2012 ...Al
Bielek: Yes. Nothing is going to be the same on the Earth. The changes
has already begun. We are witnessing the disappearing of the third
dimension. Xamo's note: This is no
't science-fiction, but you also don't have to belief all i wrote
here. We are no 't allowed to know many of this secrets. Because
of this secrets we don't know what to belief. The subject related
in this page, may be real, but also can be a wrong thought. Anyway,
it is a interesting theory and i'm afraid is closer by truth then
the official way. According to the officials nothing will happen
and we are going to continue our life the way they want. No hunger,
cold and wars will be stopped on a normal way; is still a matter
of interest. The world leaders are no 't interested in making a
better world, but to accomplished they're plan: New World Order
(complete control of the world). Maybe a superior force will do
this positive change and then we will be a better person when hate,
anger, jealousies and evilness will completely disappear. In the
fourth dimension we'll have no more impostors and criminals, no
more liars and corruption and no more abusive leadership. Finally
the commune people can decide about they're own lives. WE
WILL BE PERFECT ... or gone ...
Rainbow
Project

Philadelphia
experiment was
allegedly an experiment conducted upon a small destroyer escort
ship during World War II, both in the Philadelphia Naval Yard and
at sea; the goal was to make that ship invisible to enemy detection.
The accounts vary as to whether the original idea was to achieve
invisibility to enemy radar or whether the prize sought after was
more profound: optical invisibility. Either way, it is commonly
believed that the mechanism involved was the generation of an incredibly
intense magnetic field around the ship, which would cause refraction
or bending of light or radar waves around the ship, much like a
mirage created by heated air over a road on a summer day. The legend
goes on to say that the experiment was a complete success... except
that the ship actually disappeared physically for a time, and then
returned. They wanted to "cloak" the ship from view, but
they got de-materialization and teleportation instead..
It has been claimed that
the Philadelphia Experiment was partly an investigation into how
Albert Einstein's "Unified Field Theory for Gravitation and
Electricity" might be used to advantage in the development
of electronic camouflage for ships at sea. Einstein allegedly published
his Unified Theory around 1925-27 in German, in a Prussian scientific
journal, but it was later withdrawn as incomplete. This research
was aimed at using intense electromagnetic fields to mask a ship
from incoming projectiles, mainly torpedoes. This was later extended
to include a study of creating radar invisibility by a similar field
in the air rather than in the water.
The story begins in June
of 1943, with the U.S.S. Eldridge, DE (Destroyer Escort) 173, being
fitted with tons of experimental electronic equipment. This included,
according to one source, two massive generators of 75 KVA each,
mounted where the forward gun turret would have been, distributing
their power through four magnetic coils mounted on the deck. Three
RF transmitters (2 megawatt CW each, mounted on the deck), three
thousand '6L6' power amplifier tubes (used to drive the field coils
of the two generators), special synchronizing and modulation circuits,
and a host of other specialized hardware were employed to generate
massive electromagnetic fields which, when properly configured,
would be able to bend light and radio waves around the ship, thus
making it invisible to enemy observers.
The experiment, said to have
taken place at the Philadelphia Naval Yard and also at sea, took
place on at least one occasion while in full view of the Merchant
Marine ship S.S. Andrew Furuseth, and other observation ships. The
Andrew Furuseth becomes significant because one of its crewmen is
the source of most of the original material making up the PX legend.
Carlos Allende, a.k.a. Carl Allen, wrote a series of strange letters
to one Dr. Morris K. Jessup in the 1950's in which he described
what he claims to have witnessed: at least one of the several phases
of the Philadelphia Experiment.
At 0900 hours, on July 22nd,
1943, so the story goes, the power to the generators was turned
on, and the massive electromagnetic fields started to build up.
A greenish fog was seen to slowly envelop the ship, concealing it
from view. Then the fog itself is said to have disappeared, taking
the Eldridge with it, leaving only undisturbed water where the ship
had been anchored only moments before.
The elite officers of the
Navy and scientists involved gazed in awe at their greatest achievement:
the ship and crew were not only radar invisible but invisible to
the eye as well! Everything worked as planned, and about fifteen
minutes later they ordered the men to shut down the generators.
The greenish fog slowly reappeared, and the Eldridge began to dematerialize
as the fog subsided, but it was evident to all that something had
gone wrong.
When boarded by personnel
from shore, the crew above deck were found to be disoriented and
nauseous. The Navy removed the crew, and shortly after obtained
another. In the end, the Navy decided that they only wanted radar
invisibility, and the equipment was altered.
On the 28th of October in
1943, at 17:15, the final test on the Eldridge was performed. The
electromagnetic field generators were turned on again, and the Eldridge
became near-invisible; only a faint outline of the hull remained
visible in the water. Everything was fine for the first few seconds,
and then, in a blinding blue flash, the ship completely vanished.
Within seconds it reappeared miles away, in Norfolk, Virginia, and
was seen for several minutes. The Eldridge then disappeared from
Norfolk as mysteriously as it had arrived, and reappeared back in
Philadelphia Naval Yard. This time most of the sailors were violently
sick. Some of the crew were simply "missing" never to
return. Some went crazy, but, strangest of all, five men were fused
to the metal in the ship's structure.
The men that survived were
never the same again. Those that lived were discharged as "mentally
unfit" for duty, regardless of their true condition.
So, what had begun as an
experiment in electronic camouflage, ended up as an accidental teleportation
of an entire ship and crew, to a distant location and back again,
all in a matter of minutes!
Although the above may seem
fantastic, one must remember, that in the 1940’s the atomic
bomb was also being invented.
Carlos Miguel Allende, claimed
in the 1950s to have been a witness to a test at sea of a ship being
made optically invisible using strong electromagnetic force fields
when he was a sailor onboard the merchant marine vessel SS Furuseth
in 1943. He also claimed that during another test that went wrong,
some of the men caught fire, went mad, and - the most bizarre of
all, some were embedded halfway into the deck of the ship. Others
phased in and out of this reality, only kept here by the laying
on of hands. Allende wrote a series of strange letters in 1955 to
Morris K. Jessup, a researcher who had written the book "The
Case For The UFO." It was Allende's fear that the same technology
that was responsible for the disasters of the Philadelphia Experiment
was the secret behind the propulsion method used successfully by
UFOs. Jessup had called for research into such force fields of UFOs
without having any knowledge of the navy experiment, and this alarmed
Allende.

was the ship used in the controversial experiment in 1943.
Allende's letters were filled
with cryptic references and mailed from an assortment of locales
around America. They can be read on-line at PHILEXP/CM_ALLEN
. Jessup eventually dismissed Allende as a crank until in 1957 he
was contacted by Capt. Sidney Sherby and Comdr. George Hoover, two
officers from the Office of Naval Research. They had received a
copy of Jessup's book with strange annotations in the margins about
a vanishing ship, aliens and other anomalies. The officers from
ONR asked Jessup to travel to Washington D.C. to meet with them
and discuss what the annotations might mean. When Jessup got there
he was surprised to see that the annotations appeared to be from
Allende although they had been written in three different colored
inks as though three separate individuals had been writing comments.
Jessup had no idea what to
make of it and was a little unsettled by the interest that these
ONR officers had in the writing, especially about the ship that
was made invisible and it's crew severely injured. The officers
even paid Varo Inc. to reprint copies of the annotated version of
Jessup's book and had them passed around ONR for consideration.
Jessup confided in his friend Ivan Sanderson that he felt the officers
might want to try the experiment again. Meanwhile Jessup's life
began to be plagued by what he called "strange coincidences."
He began to complain about his health. and his research efforts
took a turn for the worse. In 1959 he was found dead in his car
from carbon monoxide poisoning and declared a suicide without the
benefit of an autopsy. Many believe to this day that he was actually
murdered, with Allende left roaming the country to escape the same
fate.
The Office of Naval Research
has created a number of form "response" letters over the
years to handle public inquiries into the Philadelphia Experiment.
The latest version can be found at www.onr.navy.mil/foia/PhillyExp.htm.
Somewhat embarrassed by all the attention drawn to them by the activities
of the now long gone officers, and having not been in existence
at the time of the experiment, the ONR has had to handle the lion's
share of public requests for clarification and information. Until
1996 they had no trouble shrugging off accusations of cover-up with
simple explanations about degaussing and misunderstandings about
the word "invisible." They contend that the legend got
started based on the routine task of demagnetizing or "degaussing"
the ships so as to be "invisible" to magnetic mines and
torpedoes. Echoing this position on "The Unexplained,"
as an official representative of the US. Navy, was US. naval historian
John Reilly. Reilly stated that, as far as he knew, the navy never
experimented with making ships invisible with magnetic fields. The
navy has been long indirectly assisted in these apologetic efforts
by the usual gaggle of disinforments.
"The Unexplained"
featured an interview with researcher Robert Goerman, saying that
he solved the mystery of the Philadelphia Experiment by a discovery
he made about Carlos Allende. A writer from Pennsylvania who penned
articles for pulp UFO magazines in the '70s, Goerman considered
himself to be "a player," at least an also-ran amongst
the galaxy of name UFO researchers of the time. When the book, "The
Philadelphia Experiment: Project Invisibility," by William
Moore and Charles Berlitz came out in 1979, Goerman was motivated
to do his own investigation but in a different direction. Instead
of checking into the new information and science that the book mentioned,
he latched onto Allende because of a quirk of fate - his parents
were neighbors of the parents of Allende. Furthermore, Allende's
real name was Allen, Carl Meredith Allen. Goerman's daughter used
to visit the Allens and it was just by chance that he discovered
that they were in fact the family of the elusive Philadelphia Experiment
"witness."
After agreeing to keep certain
information about the family confidential, the Allens allowed Goerman
to review various cards, letters, and other things that Carl had
sent to his family. They described Carl as "a leg puller,"
and someone who was very intelligent but lacked the discipline to
achieve his full potential. It was clear from the items that Goerman
looked over that Carl would annotate everything. He was even quirkier
and more eccentric than he had ever imagined. Armed with this new
information, Goerman was convinced that he had the truth, especially
after having conversations with Carl himself. Ignoring all other
available information, Goerman wrote "Alias: Carlos Allende"
and it was published in "Fate" magazine in 1980, now archived
on the internet at www.parascope.com/en/articles/allende.htm . But
Goerman's article was not well received by others in the UFO community.
He has remained bitter about this, accusing those who ignore or
disagree with his analysis as only being interested in "selling
their books." An accusation that Goerman made on "The
Unexplained" and intentionally or not, inferred this as a motive
of the wrong researcher.
"I know the applicable
laws, how to operate with law enforcement, do investigations, have
a badge and I.D., weapons, the whole nine yards and all legal. I'm
versed in psy-ops, surveillance, counter-surveillance, stings, non-lethal
weapons. I know how and can intervene in a felony in progress and
execute arrest procedures until law enforcement arrives. I've actually
been involved in cases against pedophiles, a rouge psychic spy,
Men In Black related activity, potential terrorism related to Y2K
that threatens national security. No cops or state police have complained
so far. I think that earns me the 'special'." So says Marshall
Barnes, Special Civilian Investigator Marshall Barnes who "The
Unexplained" had contacted through his book distributor because
he was described as an expert on the Philadelphia Experiment. Under
the pretext of trying to get to the truth, Mark Caras allegedly
got Marshall to agree to appear on the show and not allow arguments
that Marshall had disproved to go unchallenged.
"...the crux of it all came down to the use of an intense electromagnetic
field that would create a mirage effect of invisibility by refracting
light..."
Marshall had been in a similar situation in November of 1996 with
the Sci-Fi Channel's version of Sightings, the magazine format show
that the Fox network originally created. It was the first to break
ground in the field of reporting the strange and paranormal. Marshall
used an eleven point white paper to successfully pitch the idea
of doing a story on how he could prove that the last paragraph of
the ONR information letter was false, that there was in fact a scientific
basis for invisibility known before the letter was written. Marshall
assembled all of the evidence to prove his case along with a physicist
for Sightings' cameras. Six months later, after he and the physicist
had been told separate stories about why the episode hadn't aired
yet, Marshall took things into his own hands and used a bit of his
investigator know how to trick his way into talking with one of
the executive producers. She told him the episode had been canceled
because there were no witnesses to verify the Philadelphia Experiment
had taken place.
"That was not part of
the deal," Marshall recalls. "I never said that I could
prove that it happened, only that the ONR's statement was false
about the science and that's what I did. The story was sold on that
basis. It passed muster in a production meeting where ideas were
voted on up or down. Maleka Brown brought it to that meeting and
Ruth Rafiti was the producer it was assigned to. They sent out a
director who hired a two man production crew to shoot all day. The
first excuse was they ran out of editing money. Then they had to
wait to see if they would be renewed for the next season. Finally
someone admitted the episode was canceled but wouldn't tell me why.
Then I tricked my way in to getting a phone call to one of the executive
producer people who told me it was because there was no witnesses,
which had nothing to do with the idea that Maleka sold at the meeting.
This producer wasn't even in on it until later. It made no sense
to kill that story, except for one thing - I proved I was right,
and I did it right in front of their own cameras with one of my
experiments and they were stunned. It was probably too good. It
left no doubts. I had heard that Sightings had been infiltrated
by government types after all the complaints that they got from
the Pentagon when they were on Fox. Exposing Area 51, and all that.
I had no opinion about that before. Now I'm almost convinced."
Project Pheonix
Dr. Jose Delgado was hired
by the CIA to do experimentation with miniaturized electronic implants.
In a speech recorded in the February 24, 1974 edition of the CONGRESSIONAL
RECORD No. 26, Vol. 118, Dr. Delgado had this to say: "We need
a program of psychosurgery for political control of our society.
The purpose is physical control
of the mind. Everyone who deviates from the given norm can be surgically
mutilated. "The individual may think that the most important
reality is his own existence, but this is only his personal point
of view. This lacks historical perspective. "Man does not have
the right to develop his own mind. This kind of liberal orientation
has great appeal. We must electrically control the brain. Someday,
armies and generals will be controlled by electric stimulation of
the brain".
The uninformed may think
this sounds like science fiction but in the May 17, 1965 issue of
the NEW YORK TIMES, Dr. Delgado had reportedly successfully connected
electronic implants to the motor nervous system of a bull and could
stop the charging bull in its tracks by radio control. In another
report Dr. Delgado had surgically implanted a cat with an electronic
implant which could transmit everything the cat was seeing and hearing
to a nearby TV monitor. Who would ever suspect the cat was a "surveillance
bug"?
Well, considering the tremendous
advances in large scale integrated circuits, electronic implants
have come a long way since the sixties.
Some electronic implants
are smaller than a grain of rice and can be injected into the subject
via a hypodermic needle. A recent law was passed in Los Angeles
that any lost pets picked up by the pound had to be injected with
a telemetry implant before being released.
These telemetry implants
are electromagnetically connected to the Global Positioning Satellite
(GPS) system so that if the pet is ever lost again they can be immediately
located by GPS monitors.
Similar implants can now
placed into newborn children at many hospitals. The selling point
to the parents is that the children can be easily located if they
ever become lost.
Ronald Kane, Vice President
of CUBIC Corp., a major manufacturer of implantable chips, while
remarking on the chips profitability, has said, "If we had
our way, we'd implant a chip behind everyone's ear in the maternity
ward".
Similarly some Desert Storm
troops may have been implanted with telemetry chips so that their
positions could be located on the field of battle to assist in rescue
operations and minimize "friendly fire" casualties.
THE I.B.M. 2020 NEURAL IMPLANT
But, in view of the early
work of Dr. Delgado for the CIA, the question remains what else
might these electronic implants be capable of doing? Some idea might
be gained from excerpts of a confidential memo covertly obtained
in October, 1995 from: INTELLI-CONNECTION, a Security Division of
IBM, 1200 Progress Way, Armonk, New York 11204:
"CONFIDENTIAL, LIMITED
DISTRIBUTION ONLY, LEVEL 9 COMMUNICATION, 2020 NEURAL CHIP IMPLANT.............."Federal
regulations do not yet permit testing of implants on prisoners,
but we have entered into contractual testing of our product. We
have also had major successes in privately owned sanitariums with
implant technology.........In California, several prisoners were
identified as members of a security threat group, EME, or Mexican
Mafia.
They were brought to the
health services unit at Pelican Bay and tranquilized with advanced
sedatives developed by our Cambridge, Massachussetts laboratories.
"The implant procedure
takes about 60-90 minutes depending on the experience of the technician.
We are working on a device that will reduce that time by as much
as 60%. The results of implants on 8 prisoners yielded the following:
"Implants served as
surveillance monitoring devices for threat group activity. Implants
disabled two subjects during an assault on correctional staff. Universal
side effects in all 8 test subjects revealed that when the implant
was set to 116 Mhz all subjects became lethargic and slept an average
of 18-22 hours per day. All subjects refused recreation periods
for 14 days during the 116 Mhz test evaluation.....
"Each subject was monitored
for aggressive activity during the test period and the findings
are conclusive that 7 out of 8 test subjects exhibited no aggression,
even when provoked. Each subject experienced only minor bleeding
from the nose and ears 48 hours after the implant due to initial
adjustment.
Each subject had no knowledge
of the implant for the test period and each implant was retrieved
under the guise of medical treatment. The security windfall from
the brief test period was tremendous. Security officals now know
several strategies employed by the EME that facilitate the transmission
of illegal drugs and weapons into their correctional facilities.....In
Massachussetts, the Department of Corrections had already entered
into high level discussions about releasing certain offenders to
the community with the 2020 neural chip implants".
Manhathan Project
In 1947, the National Security
Act created the National Security Council, the Central Intelligence
Organization (CIA) and consolidated the US military into one entity,
the Department of Defense (DoD). One of the issues that remained
unresolved from the creation and operation of the CIA was the extent
to which its budget. The 1949 CIA Act comprised additions to those
sections of the 1947 National Security Act that dealt with the creation
of CIA. The 1949 CIA Act gave a Congressional stamp of approval
to the creation of a ‘black budget’ as the following
sections make clear:
… any other Government agency is authorized to transfer to
or receive from the Agency such sums without regard to any
provisions of law limiting or prohibiting transfers between
appropriations [emphasis added]. Sums transferred to the Agency
in accordance with this paragraph may be expended for the purposes
and under the authority of sections 403a to 403s of this title without
regard to limitations of appropriations from which transferred.
Never in the history of this
country has so much money been spent without the traditional safeguard
of openness and in direct defiance of constitutional provisions….
Billions are spent each year by unknown entities and this amount
is spread throughout the Treasury’s reporting system to confuse
the public and belittle the Constitution.
Allegations of links between
the CIA and the drug trade first came to public attention in the
1970’s when a number of public officials came forward with
evidence of such links. One of these was a former police officer
in the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), Michael Ruppert. In
1977, as a result of his official investigation into the drug trade
in Los Angeles, Rupert uncovered evidence that the CIA was playing
an active role in bringing drugs into New Orleans and Los Angeles.
When Rupert disclosed this information to his superiors in the LAPD,
he became a target for surveillance, harassment and burglaries that
eventually led to his resignation. Another key official is a retired
Drug Enforcement Agency agent, Celerino Castillo III, who was the
lead DEA agent in Guatemala and discovered that the CIA was involved
in the drug trade to raise finances for its covert operations. In
a written statement to the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence
Castillo gave detailed information on a number of drug running operations
that involved cooperation between the CIA and organized crime cartels.
[68] Celerino claimed:
The key to understanding the "crack cocaine" epidemic,
which exploded on our streets in 1984, lies in understanding the
effect of congressional oversight on covert operations. In this
case the Boland amendment(s) of the era, while intending to restrict
covert operations as intended by the will of the People, only served
to encourage C.I.A., the military and elements of the national intelligence
community to completely bypass the Congress and the Constitution
in an eager and often used covert policy of funding prohibited operations
with drug money. [69]
Another prominent official was Marine Colonel James Sebow, the third
in command of the El Toro Airbase, California, who discovered evidence
that C-130 cargo flights coming into the airbase from Central America
were filled with drugs. Sebow communicated his finding to the base
commander, Col Joseph Underwood, and then found himself along with
Col Underwood, subject to investigations for minor offenses, relieved
of command and threatened with Court Martial if he did not cooperate
with the investigation. On January 22, 1991, Sebow was found dead,
apparently by suicide, but an investigation by family members and
supporters revealed evidence that he in fact was murdered for what
he had discovered. [70] On the day before his death, Sebow’s
widow recalled a conversation Sebow had with Col Underwood who had
stopped by for a visit:
Underwood stopped by and repeatedly tried to talk Jimmy into accepting
an early retirement to avoid a court-martial. Jimmy objected strongly.
At this, Underwood became quite angry. Sally stated, "I have
never seen such a vicious face as Joe's when Jimmy said he would
not retire and would take the entire matter to a court-martial if
necessary. Underwood jumped up and said, "You'll never go to
a court-martial, and I mean never!" [71]
The events surrounding Sebow’s death support allegations that
he had uncovered a CIA supported drug running operation into the
US, and was murdered to prevent this from being exposed.
