Bookings
- An E-mail or phone consultation for availability and information about your event.
- Please have as much information and details as possible from your event in order for us to help you.
- This information includes:
- Date of event
- Location (City, Country and Venue)
- Distance to closest airport
- Are there Visa restrictions in the country of destination?
- A full description of what type of an event it will be (festival, party or other)
- We will provide you with an offer for your event, accompanied with a contract containing a technical and a hospitality rider. Both riders are binding and an integral part of the contract.
- If you are in agreement you can confirm the booking by signing and returning a copy of the contract. Please contact us if you need any information in order to complete your event contract.
- You will receive an invoice for a twenty percent deposit to secure the booking.
- After payment of the 20% deposit you will be contacted to confirm the booking.
- Make travel arrangements (airline tickets and hotel reservations) for the duration of DJ EricT's stay in the Country of your event. Send the travel papers to DJ Eric-T.
- Payment of the remaining 80% is due in ten days prior to your event.
- DJ Eric-T will contact you to confirm all details.
