WHY BUY A 20 FOOT / 100 lbs " KILLER " SNAKE ??????

SURE YOU CAN EASILY OBTAIN A GIANT SNAKE, AGAINST FAIR PRICES, BUT WHY ??????????... TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THAT YOU WILL NEED SOME GOOD STRONG FRIENDS TO RESTRAIN YOUR 16 FOOT, 45 KG PET SNAKE !!! WHENEVER IT NEEDS TO... SO ....

....like a snake that eats and defecates like a full grown pig, and will need special attention, not to mention HUGE vet bills, if they become ill... read on folks..

... IF YOU DO WISE IN MY OPINION,DON'T BUY A BURMESE!!!!

IF YOU DO... THE SNAKES SHOULD BE OBTAINED AT THE SMALLEST POSSIBLE SIZE. THAT WAY THEY WILL DEVELOP A BAND WITH THE OWNER.. AS THEY GROW, IT GROWS... SINCE I DO NOT HAVE TO TELL YA ALL THAT THIS IS NO SNAKE FOR A BEGINNER, LET ME JUST EXPLAIN WHY :

AT 2.5 METERS OR OVER 7 FEET THEY CAN TAKE YOU, AND A FRIEND OUT ! And then usually they will grow a feet or 9  more !!!!

THE BITE CAN BE DEEP ENOUGH TO HAVE YOU SUTURED ALL OVER !! That is, in the lucky cases...

EVEN THE TAMEST GROWNUP ( size over 10 feet ) PYTHON IS A - POTENTIAL - DANGER FOR  VERY SMALL BABIES, CATS AND DOGS...

THERE ARE SOME VERY INTERESTING WEBSITES ON GIANT SNAKES THAT COVER THE FEW THINGS MARKED ABOVE.. AND MORE. IF YOU LIVE, LIKE ME, IN A COUNTRY WHERE THESE THINGS ARE BOUGHT IN A WHELM OF MADNESS, I CONSIDER MYSELF FORTUNATE  AND VERY LUCKY TO OWN 6 OF THE MOST GREATEST SNAKES THERE ARE ON THE GLOBE :-)  BUT PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT PYTHONS TEND TO GET A LITTLE BIT OLDER THAN YOUR AVRG. DOG OR CAT.... 25 YEARS IS NO EXCEPTION... IN THE FIRST FEW YEARS YOU MIGHT HANDLE THEM ALONE, BUT AFTER THAT FRIENDS ARE A NEEDED CASE WHEN IT COMES TO GETTING ANYWHERE CLOSE INTO THE TERRARIUM... I HAD 6 MONTHS OF STUDY, AT A REPTILIANS PET STORE BEFORE I GOT MY OWN SNAKES, AND MY KNOWLEDGE REACHES FAR ENOUGH TO EVEN TREAT THEM MYSELF, IN CASE OF ILLNESS.... DO  NOT COUNT ON A NORMAL VET TO.... THEY ( USUALLY ) DO NOT HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE...

THE PYTHON MOLURUS BIVITTATUS IS A GENTLE GIANT, AND WHEN RESPECTED WILL ALWAYS REMAIN TAME..., HOWEVER DEALING WITH REPTILES, YOU JUST NEVER NOW !!!!!!!
