Hello Everyone!
My name’s Charissa Prein. This site is about me and my life.
I’m eighteen years old and I live at home with my mom and dad and my little brother. My sister is almost moving out. We have a guinea-pig and rabbit shelter at home.
We are not the most common family. We have a house and yard full of animals. The fact is that we have a guinea-pig and rabbit shelter. It’s called cavia- en konijnenopvang Pruttel. Most of the animals have been dumped by their owners and brought to us to take care of them. We find new homes for the poor little things.
Furthermore we have our own dome in the backyard! It’s my dad’s, he’s an amateur astronomer. The dome is called ‘Sterrenwacht Pegasus’, which means observatory Pegasus.
I’m currently occupied with a study Film Making, on the SAE (School for Audio Engineering) institute. This site is my very first project, along with the podcast, the video and the cv it contains.
With this study I can become a director, an editor or help with special FX and so on. I’m not sure what exactly I want to do, but I’ll soon find out what I like best during my time at the SAE.
What I do know is, that I someday want to go to America and work on the best movies/series. Maybe, I’ll even end up in Hollywood!
A friend of my mom wrote a book about the life of a bunny, who had spent his entire life in a little cage. He got rescued by someone who had pity on him. He got the life he diserved to have, with friends and space to move. The bunny tells his story to his new guinea-pig friends. Shortly after his rescue he died, making these last few days the best of his life.
The book is based on a true story. It’s a sad tale, with some funny moments in it. The story is for child and adult alike.
