Tekstvak: MODEL MOTORING OVERSEAS In 1956 AURORA started its subsidiary in the Netherlands. It all started with a KLM airline captain, mr van Brenen that fell in love with the hobby kits. High volumes were realized so it was decided to continue as a subsidiary of Aurora Plastics .In 1967 they started with the European import of model motoring with the thunderjet 500 ho scale. Not to my knowledge are any special products designed except for the power pack Jouef, reworked one of its train powerpacks. There are three major differences with products sold in the US : the printing of the boxes staights and curves were molded and assembled in Holland, imprint on all track cars were assembled in Holland, on all boxes was printed made in Holland as shown on pictures below Attention!!!: In the next days we will sell some rare aurora model motoring cars in our ebay store.
