Oban is jointly owned and the result of the
cooperation between Ad Punte, Renny Oortwijn and Han & Katja (Delirious)
Oban came to us as the result of our quest for a suitable
male for our Eden (Ch. Delirious Gates of Eden) We wanted sperm from "Starline's
Reign On" or from Reign's son "Starline's Sovereign". Thanks to Lori
Lawrence (Starline) and Dani Jacobsen (Sunbeam) we were able to import a
Sovereign son; Oban. His mother is Fendi, a sister to Ch. Starline
Chanel, the top wining whippet in the US at the moment. Oban has many
lines to the whippets we admire and with him we hope to continue our
breeding plans.
Oban made his showdebut by winning Best in Show at
the Junior and Veteran Specialty 2010 of the Dutch Whippet Club, BOB
puppy at the International show in Wijchen & the title Reinland
Jugendsieger at his first show in the junior class under breeder/judge
dr. T. Munch! At the show in Oss 2011 he won his last junior CAC to
become a Dutch Junior Champion at the age of 13 months! He also has 3
CAC's towards his "adult" Championship (he needs for 4), but he can't finish until he is
27 months old. In July 2011 he won the last junior CAC te become a
German Junior Champion!

In the late summer of 2011Oban stayed in America for a short show "holiday",
where he was exclusively handled by Lori Wilson.

NEWS FLASH: Oban finished his American Champion title within 2 months
of showing!

- In the spring of 2012 Oban came home. We are so pleased he did so
wel in America and want to thank Lori Wilson, Lori Lawrence, Dani
Jacobsen & Donna Lynch for all their help along the way! Without you it
woudn't have been possible.

- Now Oban is home, where he will stay. He already won another Dutch
CAC, but is still to young to finish.
