There is more to see in Noord Holland. First of all we go to the Zaanse Schans.
An open air museum where a lot of old houses and windmills from the 17th and 18th century are rebuild.

Before we go the top of the province, lets spend some time on our coast. I think we deserve some rest after all this travelling. Noord Holland has some very beautiful coastal towns and even better beaches.
Well rested we continue our tour. There are some very pretty old towns in the top of the peninsula, like Hoorn and Enkhuizen. And most northern we find Den Helder. In Enkhuizen we find the Zuiderzee museum. An open air museum with rebuild houses from around the former Zuiderzee.

At the end of our trip through Noord Holland we'll get some tourist information and have a look at the Afsluitdijk. This dike separates the North Sea from the former Zuidersea (Ijsselmeer now).
