Total area of Holland is 37.330 sq km. This is about twice the size of New Jersey. Most of it is lowland and reclaimed land (polders), with a few hills in the Southeast. The lowest point is the Nieuwerkerk a/d Ijssel (-6,74 m), the highest point is the Vaalserberg (322 m).
