Part 4a (Zuid Holland)

Now lets visit the two main cities in this province: The Hague (and Scheveningen) and Rotterdam. Lots to see and do there, so lets take our time.

The city of 's Gravenhage (The Hague)

The Hague is the capital of the province of Zuid Holland. The Dutch government has its seat here. The city houses 81 embassies. The International Court of Justice is in this city.

The city of Rotterdam

Rotterdam is the main port of Holland and the biggest harbor of the world.
A city with a new heart after the destructive bombing at the start of world war II. The statue of Zakine reminds us of this event.
Lets visit all the sights of this great city.
Before we leave the province, there is one spot we just have to go: Kinderdijk. Near this little town you can find 19 real Dutch windmills at a row. A must to go to.
Time to go more south now and visit the province of Zeeland. Dont forget the tourist information tho.
