snakes are guaranteed healthy, feeding and correctly sexed, unless otherwise
agreed. If you are not happy with the purchased snake, you must notify me
within 24 hours of receiving the snake. Only then I can either replace it,
or refund your money if I can’t replace it. Otherwise, I will assume that
you are satisfied with your snake and I will have no further responsibility
for it. All purchased snakes will be delivered with a certificate
of origin, in conformity with the statutory legislation in the Netherlands.
Reservations are possible and will only be accepted with a non-refundable
deposit of 25% of the purchase price. No snake is considered sold until the
deposit is received. Only in the case where I can no longer provide you
with the animal you have reserved, the deposit will be refunded. There are
no other reasons for a refund. No exceptions! Before payment of the deposit,
an agreement will be made on where and when the animal will be collected.
Failure to stick to the agreement by the buyer will result in cancellation
of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit.
