If you are planning a trip to Orlando-Florida and want to stay in a luxurious vacation rental home that is minutes away from all the attractions, yet set amongst a beautiful award-winning golf course, look no further! Our villa was built in 2000 and has been designed and furnished to provide luxurious, spacious, air conditioned living accommodation.
It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), a private screened heated swimming pool and sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. It is situated in a prestigious, gated, up-market community (Southern Dunes) surrounded by citrus groves and only 15 minutes from Disney World.
It is the perfect location to unwind by the pool after a hectic day at the theme parks. Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club is one of the most challenging and beautiful golf courses in the U.S.A. and has become a local and tourist favorite.
DESCRIPTION OF THE VILLA
The lounge has two comfortable sofas of which one can be converted into a double bed, a large cable connected TV, DVD and VCR player, CD/Radio, PS2 with 2 game controllers and ceiling fan. The dining area offers seating for six and the breakfast area has seating for four plus a breakfast bar with two bar stools. There is a desk available where you can hook up your laptop and connect to the internet.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with oven, microwave, large refridgerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster and a large storage cabinet. It contains utensils and dishware for 12 people.
The master bedroom contains a queen size bed, a cable TV, DVD player, ceiling fan and ample storage space. A vast walk-in closet adjoins the master bedroom for storing suitcases etc. The master bathroom is en-suite with large basin, a fabulously large shower and toilet. All towels are provided and there is a hairdryer.
The second bedroom contains a queen size bed, a cable TV and a large built-in closet.
Bedroom three contains two twin beds and cable TV. It has a large closet and chest of drawers. Bedroom four is the Disney-themed children's bedroom with twin beds and Mickey Mouse cable-TV. The queen and twin bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet.
The pool area has an extended deck, luxurious patio furniture, two recliners and a large gas BBQ.
There is a separate utility room with a washer and dryer.
In the double garage there is a full size pooltable, full size pingpong table (table tennis), a dartboard and a large fan.
The villa is tiled throughout and the four bedrooms have comfortable carpeting.
The villa is fully licenced by the State and County Authorities for your protection and is fitted with smoke alarms, emergency lighting and a monitored security system.
Smoking is permitted in the pool area only. No pets, please.
