Two sons of
Leiden
who came
to Amsterdam, and became Masters in Art. On the 17th of May 2009 there is
starting a new exhibition in the
Rembrandthuis: "Jan
Lievens (1607-1674). A
Child Prodigy’s Career" Besides
my existing Rembrandt
tour,
I also pay attention to Rembrandts friend Jan Lievens in "Brothers
in Art". We return to the 17th century and walk among the spots
where they must have been. A fantastic Art-Tour back in time, showing you where
in town the men and women of their portraits and pictures lived they painted
in such inimitable way. This tour you
eventually can book together with a visit to the
Rembrandthuis and the
Rijksmuseum.
