The places I have choosen as meeting point to start the tour are besides that you can get there a nice cup of coffee, also the places where you can get the best pastry in town. Namely the pastry of  Pasisserie Holtkamp.

Famous in Amsterdam not only for his fantastic pasty but special for his "croquetten".

This kind of start for my tour I like to make in order to give you the best possible quality there is in Amsterdam. This quality I like to approch in the tour that follows of course. Below a few starting places with a map to find them

Beurs van Berlage café  - Beursplein 2, Amsterdam

Koffiekamer 1e klas -  Stationsplein 15, 1e perron CS, Amsterdam

Brasserie Meuwese - Rokin 119, Amsterdam

Metz&Co - Leidsestraat 34-36, Amsterdam

de Bonnetterie coffeeshop (First floor) - Damrak 277, Amsterdam
Do not serve pastry of Holtkamp but always serving "gember-bolus" (special Juwish Ginger Pastry) to start the Jewish Amsterdam tour

If you want to have lunch during the tour. Excellent restaurants for you to visit.
