The other day I was driving in the rain and the car in front of me
stopped suddenly. I needed about 3 inches more to stop in, so I pushed
his car forward about 3 inches with pure intention.

This startled him considerably. But then, it prevented any damage from
occurring.

Also, I noticed that I can talk to my cats and have them do what I
want them to do, which is almost more astounding!

I would say that OT VII is power with no effort at all.
