It was vacant. One family came in but left abruptly. We found out why. The old "god" of that area had set up a machine to zap anyone starting a fire without his approval. We found him sleeping, waiting for someone to come play with him. We woke him up and got him interested in a new kind of game - Scientology. He claned up his area and went off to locate some friends of his. Expansion into this area has been zero for a hundred years.
