From the Dianetics & Scientology Technical Dictionary, verbatim:

 VACUUM: 1. a vacuum is a supercold object which, if brought into 
 contact with bank, drinks bank.  Objects at 25 F or less have high 
 electrical capacitance, low resistance. (Professional Auditor's 
 Bulletin 106)  2. a vacuum is a supercold object that attracts into 
 it the whole track.  (Professional Auditor's Bulletin 48)

Can anyone trump this particular howler?  Not only is a vacuum a
material object, but objects superconduct at only a few degrees below
the freezing point of water!  (That discovery alone would have made
Hubbard's fortune if only it had been true...)  Isn't it amazing what a
flunked degree course can do for you?
