I've built a personal information manager called Personal File Manager. The first version was called Pauls File Manager, but the abbreviation (PFM) is still the same 8-)

Features
This program can be used to manage your contacts, shortcuts, notes, and agenda. It has the following features:
- Recursive folder stucture for each type of item
- Multiple e-mail addresses and telephone numbers for each contact
- Built-in scheduler, which can execute programs, and show reminders
- All data can be encrypted using a password
- Data is stored in one single XML file, readable by Internet Explorer, Notepad, and so on (as long as you don't use encryption)
- The program minimizes to the system tray (notification area) of Windows
- Easy to install and uninstall
- New in version 2.2.8: installation now works :-)
- New in version 2.2.8: added readme.txt file to installation. Read this in case of problems. (or try Google :-))
- New in version 2.2.8: delete folder now works :-)
- New in version 2.2.8: possibility to show hours/days remaining until the start time of an agenda item
- New in version 2.2.8: bug fixed in display routine for e-mail messages
