The German WEHRMACHT liberated you from Stalin's terror and from the Bolshevik Jewish Commissars. The Bolsheviks have,where-ever and when-ever they could,destoyed your factories and crops. Burnt your farms and homes. They took away your whole way of life.
Germany can and will help you!
In germany you will receive work and food. We will see to it that you will be treated in a decent and human manner,if you do your work properly and decently and if you don't break any laws.
Take heed of the following warnings:
1. Honor the German way of life.
2. Accept all the regulations dictated by the German authorities and factory-owners. That is how you can earn our trust and thus make your stay in Germany easier for yourself.
3. Be satisfied with the things Germany offers you. For special wishes turn,honorably,to your foremen. They will help you as best they can.
4. Work without hesitation,be on time and earn our trust,then The German Reich will stand by your side and help you as best it can. The way you act in Germany is the way you will be treated accordingly.
5. You must be diligent en honorable,if you don't want to be dispised by the German people
6. Germany is a country of law and order,cleaness,diligence and honor. You must act accordingly. Keep yourself clean and watch your health.
7. Among yourselves there must be order,no quarrels or fights. Follow the rules dictated by your "Lagerführer" (Heads of German labor camps/centers).
8. The German woman,the German maiden are under the strict protection of German laws. They are off-limits!
9. Never forget that there is a war going on,so conduct your way of life accordingly.
