Chipcard is a small driver for linux for reading chipcards, such as telephone cards. The driver is for synchrone cards, not for asynchrone 'smart cards'!! It is published under the GNU Public License. With this driver it is not only possible to determine the remaining value of such cards, but it can also be used for by example identification.

Some documentation about these cards and the driver can be found here: Chipcard-mini-HOWTO

Read these for the current status of the project: History, Todo

Download the latest version of the driver package here: chipcard-0.4.tar.gz
