This year I took classes in Audio Engineering / Sound Design. I've been
interested in Audio Engineering since my first bandrecordings about 24
years ago. I enjoyed folowing classes at the
Friesland College and my
work experience at Studio Landscape. I got nice grades and I'm now a
certified Sound Designer.

After a period of inactivity I've begun pounding the drums more
frequently again and I'm now playing drums for Sadotank and Whom The
Gods Would Destroy.

The recordings in Basel City Studios with producer
Martin Korth from the Eversound
Studios have finished succesfully. A big thanks to producers
Martin Korth and George Necola as well as to the crew of Basel City
Sudios. Also many thanks to Michael Paiste for providing some great
sounding cymbals from his Swiss-Customshop and demonstrating
the lathing and hammering of his cymbals, that was a great experience!

van der Glas. Koos' first drumkit was a Majestic, which was the same
brand only they changed the name to Acoustic Drums.
The new drumkit is an Acoustic Drums Maple, model 925. It has 3mm.
maple shells and solid brass tuning lugs with rubber between the
hardware and shells. It sounds great!
