Steve Stein of NIST has offered to work together on building LC-MS libraries.

For this year the NIST data center is studying LC-MS ionization and MS/MS fragmentation to better understand the variability of the resulting spectra. The final goal is to build a LC-MS library.

We exchanged raw data files and spectra. Some of the NIST spectra have been combined into additional entries for the CI-CID library.

Steve has also "translated" the "excel" library into a NIST user library.
